High-Level Cut Protection with Carbon-Fiber Knuckle Guards

During tactical duties, equipment handling and operations involving sharp edges, the hands are often among the first areas exposed to mechanical hazards.

CASTLE12 Tactical Cut-Resistant Gloves combine high-level cut-resistant material with genuine carbon-fiber knuckle protection, providing protective coverage for the palm, back of the hand and knuckle area.

EN 388 TDM Level E Cut Resistance

The gloves have been tested using the EN 388 TDM straight-blade cut-resistance method and achieve Level E performance.

According to the available product test information, the protective material used on both the palm and back of the hand reaches TDM Level E. The extended-cuff version provides additional cut-resistant coverage over the wrist and forearm.

Under the EN ISO 13997 TDM test method, Level E corresponds to a cut-through force of at least 22 N under standardized laboratory conditions. This result represents cut resistance and should not be interpreted as a stab-resistance rating.

Genuine Carbon-Fiber Knuckle Protection

The knuckle guard is manufactured from genuine carbon fiber and has passed the applicable impact-prot

Important Safety Information

Cut-resistant does not mean cut-proof. EN 388 TDM Level E is a standardized cut-resistance result and does not establish protection against deliberate stabbing, hypodermic needles, spikes or other puncture hazards.

Inspect the gloves before every use. Discontinue use immediately if the material, seams, knuckle guards or protective areas show signs of damage or deterioration.
