RF3 Protection with SiC Ceramic Composite Construction
The CASTLE12 RF3+ SiC Ceramic Ballistic Plate combines a silicon carbide ceramic strike face with a polyethylene composite backing to provide protection against high-level rifle threats.
The plate is configured as stand-alone armor. In the tested configuration, no separate soft armor backer is required to provide the stated ballistic performance.

Select the plate according to the user’s torso dimensions and the internal dimensions of the plate-carrier pocket.
