The CASTLE12 SF Super High-Cut Ballistic Helmet is designed for law enforcement, special operations, tactical training and other professional high-risk applications.
Its SF super high-cut shell profile provides increased clearance around the ears and sides of the helmet, supporting the integration of active hearing protection, tactical communications systems, lighting equipment, cameras and other mission-specific accessories.
Compared with conventional full-cut or mid-cut helmets, the super high-cut profile reduces interference between the helmet shell and communications headsets while improving equipment compatibility and operational flexibility.
High-Performance Aramid Composite Shell
The helmet shell is constructed from high-performance aramid composite material, balancing ballistic performance, structural integrity and manageable weight.
Multiple layers of aramid fiber are formed into a protective shell designed to resist specified handgun threats while maintaining shell integrity and controlling deformation under the stated test conditions.
SF Super High-Cut Profile
The SF super high-cut design provides increased ear clearance and additional space for communications and mission equipment.

Four-Point Dial-Fit Retention System
The helmet is equipped with a four-point dial-fit retention system that allows the user to fine-tune the fit through the rear adjustment dial.
The system distributes retention pressure around the head to improve stability during running, kneeling, climbing, positional movement and the use of front-mounted equipment.
Users can adjust the fit according to head shape, operational activity and personal preference without repeatedly removing or extensively readjusting the suspension system.
Modular Dual-Layer Liner
The internal modular liner uses a dual-layer pad configuration that can be adjusted according to the user’s head shape, circumference and internal-clearance requirements.
The liner system helps:
- Distribute pressure across the head
- Improve helmet stability
- Reduce localized pressure points
- Adjust internal helmet height
- Accommodate different head shapes
- Improve comfort during extended wear
Individual pads may be removed or repositioned to balance comfort, stability and internal equipment clearance.

Mission-Ready Side Rails
Modular side rails provide attachment points for compatible lights, cameras, headset adapters, cable-management components and other mission accessories.
The rail configuration supports cable routing and retention for communications, illumination and night-vision equipment, helping reduce cable interference and snagging during movement.
Hook-and-Loop Identification Panels
External hook-and-loop panels support the attachment of:
