The CASTLE12 Wendy high-cut aramid ballistic helmet is designed for law enforcement, security and professional tactical applications.
Its high-cut profile preserves space around the ears for communications headsets and hearing protection, while the adjustable liner and side accessory rails support stable wear and mission-specific equipment integration.
High-Strength Aramid Composite Shell
The helmet shell is manufactured from a high-strength aramid composite material, providing a durable ballistic structure while maintaining a practical balance between protection, weight and long-duration wear.
Unlike non-ballistic bump helmets, this product is designed to provide ballistic head protection against specified handgun threats.
Independent 9mm and .44 Magnum Testing
According to the available ballistic test data, the helmet was independently tested in the United States against the following threats:
9mm FMJ 125.1 gr Test Velocity1350~1450ft/s, No complete penetration; BFD did not exceed 25.4 mm, meeting U.S. military requirements.

They must not be interpreted as a guarantee against different projectile constructions, velocities, impact angles, hit locations or multiple-hit conditions. The figures above are based on the specifications previously published for the corresponding helmet model.
High-Cut Profile and Accessory Integration
The Wendy high-cut geometry provides additional clearance around the ears for compatible communications and hearing-protection systems.
The 3.0 side accessory rails support mission-specific integration of compatible equipment, including:

Accessory compatibility depends on the mounting interface and may require an appropriate adapter.
Adjustable and Stable Fit
The adjustable cushioning liner can be configured to accommodate different head shapes and reduce concentrated pressure points.
Correct adjustment of the liner, retention system and chin strap helps maintain helmet stability during movement, shooting and extended operational use.
Protective Limitations and Care
This helmet is designed and tested for specified handgun threats. It is not designed to defeat rifle ammunition, armor-piercing ammunition or other unlisted special threats.
Ballistic protective equipment is intended to reduce risk and cannot guarantee that the wearer will remain free from injury. Performance may be affected by projectile type, velocity, impact angle, hit location, environmental conditions and the condition of the helmet.
Any helmet that has sustained a ballistic impact, severe physical impact, cracking, delamination or structural deformation must be removed from service and professionally inspected or replaced. Do not drill, cut or otherwise modify the ballistic shell.
